Talamanca is a small, peaceful resort just across the port from Ibiza Town. It's got a lovely beach and a handful of friendly bars and restaurants but is also close to the marina situated at Botafoc. Access to Ibiza Town is simple: either by road (cabs are easy to come by and there's also a regular bus service) or - much more fun - by boat across the port on a journey that takes only about five minutes. Talamanca beach offers all sorts of options for windsurfing, parasailing and other such daredevil pursuits and the hotel is within easy reach of world-famous clubs Pacha and Babylon.
Anyway, the 106 room Hotel Argos is located right on the sandy Talamanca beach with glorious views over the bay to the pine covered hills of inland Ibiza. Every room is air conditioned with an ensuite bathroom, balcony, satellite TV, minibar and daily maid service. Not all rooms have a seaview and those that do cost a bit more…well worth it, in our humble opinion.
General facilities include a 24 hour reception, a bar, a beachside pool as well as an indoor pool which is heated, a fitness room and an excellent restaurant which can be either buffet style or à la carte.
One thing which will impress during your stay - the friendliness of the staff. It's the kind of attitude which we appreciate and want for our customers...yet another reason why this new addition comes highly recommended by us.
And one more thing. Just because the hotel is called Argos, it doesn't mean that you select your room from a catalogue then have to queue for ages with a load of common people while a Neaderthal brings your key up from the warehouse downstairs. And if you're not from the UK and don't understand what we're going on about, don't worry. It's just a little joke which isn't that funny anyway.

Location:  The Hotel Argos is ideally located by the beach at Talamanca, next to the exclusive Ibiza Marina. It is only a 10 minute walk or short ferry ride from some of Ibiza`s most famous attractions, the historic Ibiza Old Town and the lively port area.
Hotel facilities: There is an indoor heated swimming pool as well as an outdoor pool, terrace solarium, gymnasium, TV lounge, a la carte restaurant.
Room facilities: Twin rooms will have 2 or 3 beds (option of seaview), single rooms will have 1 bed. All have balcony/terrace, bathroom/shower, wc, satellite TV, telephone, fridge/freezer, air conditioning.
