Getting To Tenerife

Tenerife has two airports, the busier international airport in the south (TFS) is "Reina Sofia" and the airport in the north (TFN) is "Los Rodeos" and more commonly used by Spanish and Scandanavian services.

Tenerife South airport is approx 100kms away from Puerto de la Cruz - resort transfers are not included in the prices shown: private transfers or taxis cost approx £75 fare each way and we find most clients opt to spend this money on car rental instead: a car for a week, collect & return to the airport, starts at about £100. Buses are also available, and the fare is a very reasonable 8 Euros per person each way - during the summer months there are no direct flights from any UK airport to Tenerife North airport.
