The excellent, twelve story high Oratava Palace provides the perfect high class base for a top-notch Puerto de la Cruz holiday. Less than five minutes' walk from the Lido and the beach, the hotel is decked out beautifully with top notch designer furniture, fixtures and fittings and this air of quality is apparent as soon as you walk in for the first time.
Every room is air conditioned with a balcony, sumptuous bathrooms, satellite TV, a mini bar and a safe for hire. Full maid service takes place every day. And if you're feeling particularly flashy, you might well be tempted by one of the hotel's suites which feature a bedroom, living room, fab bathrooms with hydromassage baths and - what's more - your own terrace with your very own Jacuzzi! Great, eh!
General facilities here at the Oratava include an inviting swimming pool, gym, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a massage service, a couple of bars and two restaurants. Service is second-to-none - extremely polite and attentive - and if you need to stay in touch with your commercial empire while you're away, there's a business centre on site with internet access and a fax. That's exciting, isn't it?
Anyway, we reckon that this is a marvellous hotel with gratifyingly high standards run by really lovely people who really do care about their guests.

Location: The Orotava Palace in Puerto de la Cruz is the ideal hotel at which to enjoy a wonderful stay on the Island. It is located opposite the Martianez Shopping Centre at less than five minutes walk from the beach and the Lago Martianez Lido.
Hotel facilities: The hotel offers two swimming pools, one of which is heated and another for children. In addition to this, the hotel also has a gymnasium (free), sauna, Turkish bath and massage (extra charge). The hotel provides evening entertainment.
Room facilities: All rooms have balcony with views, fully-appointed bathrooms, interactive TV, mini-bar, air conditioning, safe, hair dryer and telephone with direct dialling. The suites are located on the top floor with private terrace and whirlpool, salon, bedroom, bathroom with hydro massage.
