The wonderful location of the Platja d'Or - right opposite the main beach and close to all the town's hottest hotspots - is one of the main reasons why this hotel is so incredibly popular.
That said, there's more than the Platja d'Or's location to fire your enthusiasm: there are two bars, a very lovely roof terrace with gorgeous views and a Spanish style restaurant where you'll have your breakfast if you can be bothered to drag yourself out of your bed. Incidentally, breakfast here is excellent offering a great choice of hot and cold options for even the hungriest bunny and, for those of you who prefer a half board tariff, just drop us a line and we'll give you a quotation.
Each of the hotel's 59 rooms comprises twin beds (no doubles, sorry), double glazing, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom and satellite TV, while singles can choose to receive a twin for sole use rather than a single room.
You can choose between a room with a view of the sea or one with a view of the pool but, whichever you decide to choose, try to remember that not all of them have balconies. It probably goes without saying that it's those rooms with a balcony which sell out first, so try to book as early as you can if a balcony is particularly important to you.
