The recently refurbished Ifa Hotel Buenaventura is one of those properties ideally suited to those of you looking for a reasonably priced half board option with a huge range of facilities. In fact, there are probably more facilties in this one hotel than there are in several small African countries.
So, without further ado, let's crack on with a list of the Buenaventura's extensive inventory of features: two swimming pools, three whirlpools, a buffet restaurant, snack bar, TV lounge, six bars, table tennis, four floodlit tennis courts, basketball court, hairdresser, gym, volleyball court, internet café, scuba diving school and regular entertainment.
Blimey, all that stuff would be wasted on us but we're pretty sure that those of you who occasionally like to get up off your bottoms and actually do something are boud to appreciate this amazing choice of activities.
Anyway, you're about 20 minutes' walk from the Yumbo and about 900 metres from the beach, although a courtesy bus is provided. All rooms have been recently redecorated and feature an ensuite bathroom, a balcony, a phone and satellite TV.
