Cadillac Diner - This totally retro 1950's diner has Cadillac seats, plays 50's Rock 'n Roll and offers up a classic menu of burgers, fish 'n chips, potpies and wok-fast dishes. Open 22-hours a day.
Jefferson's Bistro - This upscale French restaurant offers modern and classic gourmet cuisine against a traditional Jeffersonian backdrop.
 Lazy J Texas Steakhouse - Choose from a delicious menu of certified Angus Beef, veal, pork, lamb, seafood and grilled chicken.
East Meets West - For a taste of the exotic, you'll find a unique array of Pan Asian cuisine as well as many authentic Asian dishes.
Sushi Bar - East Meets West Asian Restaurant also has a Sushi and Sashimi Bar where you can enjoy the very best sushi and sashimi expertly prepared as you watch. The menu is priced a la carte.
Teppanyaki - Within East Meets West Asian Restaurant is Teppanyaki. A truly authentic Asian dining experience. Sit at a large table of 10 where the process of preparing your food right before your eyes is both entertaining and impressive.

 Aloha Café - This indoor/outdoor buffet-style eatery features food stations where you can order omelets, waffles, fruit, soups, ethnic specialties and pasta. Set against a Hawaiian theme with outrigger canoes and Polynesian carvings.
Liberty Main Dining Room - Dining at the Liberty is guaranteed to be a traditional experience as you step back into America's Colonial days. The decor features paintings of the Founding Fathers and important moments in American History.
Skyline Main Dining Room - Inspired by the architecture and skyscrapers of 1930's Manhattan, this Art Deco style restaurant offers a delicious, traditional dining experience.
With Freestyle cruising, we do away with assigned tables, and dining times. You're free to eat when you want, with whomever you please. Of course, your RSVP hosts are always happy to bring people together at meals – it's one of our most comfortable settings for friendly conversation.
For our guests with special dietary needs, RSVP and NCL offer a variety of options: "Light and Healthy" menu items featuring meals low in sodium and cholesterol, Vegetarian (vegan available), gluten-free, fat-free, diabetic or other special dietary needs meals are available.

Honolulu, Oahu
 Cosmopolitan Honolulu features fantastic dining, world-class shopping, historic landmarks and glamorous Waikiki Beach. You'll also find the inspiring memorials of Pearl Harbor and the Punchbowl National Cemetery, as well as Iolani Palace, the only royal palace ever constructed on U.S. soil. Away from the city, check out iconic Diamond Head, the famous waves along the North Shore, huge pineapple plantations, and more. Honolulu is also home the vast majority of the Islands' gay and gay-friendly bars, restaurants, beaches and nightlife. From Queen's Surf Beach, the appropriately named gay beach on the eastern end of Waikiki, to the venerable Hula's Bar & Lei Stand, you'll find most of gay Hawaii right here in Honolulu.
Kahului, Maui
 Condé Nast Traveler voted Maui the best island in the world in 2009 for an unprecedented 15th time. This tropical paradise has it all: hundreds of spectacular beaches, cascading waterfalls, dense jungles bursting with color and tropical birds, dramatic volcanic craters and small, charming Hawaiian towns. Once you've gotten enough sun-bathing and snorkeling on the beautiful, white sand beaches, Maui's also a great place for shopping and sightseeing. The old whaling town of Lahaina is home to many quaint shops and eclectic art galleries. On the opposite side of the island, the road to Hana will lead you to the waterfall-fed pools at Oheo Gulch, a perfect place to stretch your legs and take in the view. After touring the island, we think you'll agree – there's no other place on Earth quite like it.
Hilo, Hawaii (The Big Island)
 The island of Hawaii – larger than all the other Hawaiian islands combined and appropriately referred to as the Big Island – is spectacularly diverse in both landscapes and activities. The Big Island is home to two distinct sides which even residents treat like separate islands. The Kona Side is dry and bright, while the Hilo Side is wet and tropical. The town of Hilo is very much local Hawaii, relatively undiluted by tourism. It serves as a good starting point for exploring the wonders of Kilauea Volcano up close, on a walk through Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Or experience the beauty and ferocity of Hawaii's active volcano from above on a helicopter ride, where you'll view skylights, volcanic cinder cones, and possibly even molten lava.
Kona, Hawaii (The Big Island)
 Located along Hawaii's western shore, where the slopes of Mauna Loa and Hualalai meet the sea, the dry Kona Coast is a region of endless lava fields and golden Pacific sunsets. The clear waters are perfect for diving, snorkeling, kayaking and deep-sea fishing. Soar over the west side of the Big Island via helicopter and discover the lush green valleys, cascading waterfalls, and rugged shorelines around Waipio Valley. Or tour the historic plantation town of Kohala, then hike the Pololu Valley where you'll experience the breathtaking Kapoloa Falls. Pristine beaches, curious lava formations, the earth's tallest sea mountain and the world's most continuously active volcano all make this island a completely unique adventure.
Kauai
 Kauai, The Garden Isle, is what many people imagine when they think of Hawaii. Wide, pristine beaches, lush river valleys, exotic rainforests and jagged cliffs draped with long, misting waterfalls punctuate this island's geography. With a smaller, semi-rural population and a fewer number of big resorts, Kauai has an even more laid-back atmosphere than most of its sister islands. From the spectacular views at Waimea Canyon to the verdant vistas along the Napali Coast, Kauai will take your breath away. With terrain so savage that it has prevented roads from ever crossing it, the only way to see the stunning Napali Coast is via a treacherous hike on foot or from the sea looking inward. We'll take advantage of our cruise ship home to view this famous stretch of coastline from the comfort of the Pride of America.
Information about your Hawaiian Island Cruise
What's included?
The price of your trip includes accommodations on the ship for seven nights, all meals, room service, basic beverages (coffee, tea and iced tea), entertainment and RSVP Vacations activities.
The price of your trip does not include airfare, transfers, shore excursions, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, some specialty coffee drinks and spa treatments. Port taxes and gratuities are not included in the price of the trip but have been added to your reservation as reflected on your invoice.
How should I dress?
For daytime activities, we suggest comfortable clothes such as shorts and T-shirts, bathing suits, work out clothes – whatever makes you feel comfortable. For evening activities, dress ranges from casual and club wear to more formal. Comfortable, casual clothing is fine for most evenings on an RSVP cruise, however T-shirts, swimsuits, tank tops and shorts are not allowed in the main dining rooms (T-shirts are fine in the casual dining room). We typically offer one Formal night on our sailings, please check our website four weeks prior to your departure for the final schedule. If we do offer a Formal night, black tie is suggested, but not required. In warmer climates, many of our passengers prefer to wear a nice shirt and lightweight slacks for more comfort. Also, check our website closer to your departure date for the themes of our signature parties, so you can pack accordingly!
How much money should I bring?
All of your on board expenses are charged to your credit card. So, the only cash you'll need will be related to shore excursions.
How does dining work?
Norwegian Cruise Line's Freestyle Cruising means you don't have fixed dining times or a set table. You can choose from any of 10 restaurants onboard, or just order room service in your stateroom (available 24 hours a day), and eat when you want! Keep in mind that some of the specialty restaurants have a small surcharge.
Do I need a passport and visa?
There is no need for a passport when you sail on any Hawaii inter-island cruise as a U.S. citizen. If your ship never sails beyond the islands of Hawaii, all you need is a government-issued photo I.D. which includes a passport or a valid driver's license with a photo.
Non-U.S. citizen guests require a valid passport at the time of departure. You have the sole responsibility for determining your immigration requirements and obtaining appropriate documentation, including but not limited to visas, passports, etc. Boarding will be denied for failure to possess the appropriate immigration documentation.
*Visa and documentation requirements vary by destination and change from time to time without prior notice. Additionally, ensure that you check with the consulate of each country you will visit at least three months prior to departure to verify current regulations. It is your obligation to have complete travel documentation. Please reconfirm visa requirements 5-7 days prior to departure to verify current regulations.
