ID Requirements All guests require a valid passport at the time of departure. The guest has sole responsibility for determining his or her immigration requirements and obtaining appropriate documentation, including but not limited to visas, passports, etc. Boarding will be denied for failure to possess the appropriate immigration documentation.
Single Supplement Single cabins may be booked and are twice the per person double rate.
Room Share Program is on limited availability and is offered on a smoking/non-smoking basis only.
What's Included The price of your trip includes accommodations
on the ship for seven nights, all meals, room service,
basic beverages (coffee, tea and iced tea), all
entertainment and RSVP activities.
What's Not Included The price of your trip does not include airfare,
transfers, shore excursions, alcoholic beverages,
soft drinks, some specialty coffee drinks,
spa treatments. Port taxes and gratuities are
not included in the price of the trip but have
already been added to your reservation as reflected
on your invoice.

Special Needs If you have any medical and or mobility needs, specific dietary requirements, ASL (American Sign Language) needs or other requests, please advise us of this information as soon as possible but no less than 90 days prior to trip departure.
Reservation Request Form Each RSVP guest needs to complete a Reservation Request Form, which you can download directly from our website. It's important that you read, sign and return these forms within your option period to confirm your reservation. If you change your form of payment we will need a new Reservation Request Form with your name and the new credit card information.
Travel Documents Your travel documents, which include cruise tickets, packing lists, and other specific information pertaining to your trip, will be sent approximately one month prior to departure. For those clients outside the U.S. and Canada, RSVP and Happy Gay Travel will email your confirmation and all travel documents will be pier pick-up.
Air, Hotel and Extras
Happy Gay Travel will send you a port city document including hotel information, links to gay sites, lings to tourist sites and other valuable city and gay information.
Places to Stay
RSVP has blocked great hotel space in Seattle at a price that's right for you. Come in a few days early to get a jump-start on your vacation, or stay a few days after the cruise to enjoy the sites and sounds that are uniquely Seattle. Choose from the Sheraton Seattle Hotel, The Westin Seattle or the W Seattle. These prices are reserved for online reservations only.
