Deposits and payment schedules

First deposit - $500 (USD)- Due upon confirmation of reservation

Second deposit - $500 (USD)- Due 180 days before departure

Final Payment - Due 90 days before departure

If paying by credit card, the second deposit and final payment will be charged to the same card given for the first deposit unless Zoom is notified in writing at least seven days prior to the payment due date.

Quality Guarantee

Zoom offers simply the best accommodations, tours, transportation and service. We reserve the right to make changes to any accommodation, tour, transportation or service in our itineraries. However, should Zoom need to substitute any accommodation, tour, transportation or service, we will endeavor to provide you with a comparable alternative in time, price and quality.

Rate Guarantee

Tour prices are guaranteed once Zoom receives your first deposit. However, in the unlikely event of a substantial increase in operating costs, fuel costs, tariffs or taxes prior to the vacation, we reserve the right to add a surcharge, not to exceed 3% of the land cost per person. All assessed government or quasi-government fees and taxes are subject to change without notice at any time, and we reserve the right to add a surcharge for these fees and taxes whether you have a confirmed booking under deposit or have made final payment.)

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation or re-book to a different trip, refunds of the total package price will be subject to a cancellation charge according to the following schedule:

Over 120 Days before departure - $100 (USD)
91-120 Days before departure - 20% of total package price
61-90 Days before departure - 40% of total package price
31-60 Days before departure - 100% of total package price
30 or less Days before departure - 100% of total package price

Travel Insurance

We offer and strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your vacation investment before and after your trip. Most policies offer a waiver of all pre-existing medical conditions, and cover most unexpected occurrences such as illness or injury to you or a traveling companion or immediate family member (including domestic partners), jury duty, job layoff or job termination.

Name Change on Vacation Package

Zoom packages may be transferred in writing to another guest for a $150 service fee, although no transfers can be accepted within seven days of departure. Airline tickets may not be transferred due to the carrier's restrictions beyond Zoom's control.

Validity

All cost quoted are in United States dollars (USD).

Deposits and Final Payment

Should any Government charges change between now and the time of travel we reserve the right to adjust the package accordingly.
