Join us on this wonderful sailing across the Atlantic Ocean, with ports of call in France, Ireland, Scotland and Iceland! And you will sail on this most incredible cruise ship, Celebrity Cruise Line's newest luxury ocean liner, Constellation!
Celebrity's Constellation
From stem to stern and on every one of her 11 decks, she radiates the elegance and ambience one would find in a grand hotel. Constellation, the newest of the Millennium-class ships, boasts outstanding amenities, accommodations and services, all presented with the utmost taste and the inimitable Celebrity style. When you cruise on Celebrity's Constellation you are sure to desire everything - and want for nothing.
Harwich, England
Harwich's strategic location made it a very important port in 19th century Essex with three batteries and history at every turn. The old town has preserved many historic buildings, so be sure to catch the Electric Palace cinema, one of the oldest purpose-built cinemas with its silent screen, original projection room and ornamental frontage.
Paris (Le Havre), France
At the mouth of the Seine River you'll find Le Havre, a French port that will capture you the very moment you set foot ashore. Some say that from Le Havre, they can hear Paris and see the beaches of Normandy beckon.
Cherbourg, France
Located on the English Channel, with fortifications from Louis XIV himself, visiting Cherbourg is like taking a walk through time. Known for its seaside charm and its maritime museum, Cité de la Mer, it’s no wonder the French and English frequently fought over this seaport.
Cork, Ireland
Strolling through the hilly streets of Cork, you'll find you can't escape the constant hum of music. It's actually the citizens of Cork. Widely regarded as the most talkative of all the Irish, Corkonians have a characteristic sing-songy cadence you'll find intoxicating as you cross over the many graceful bridges to arrive at the Butter Exchange of 1770. Here you can admire the deft hands of local artisans weaving and cutting crystal. St. Anne's Church, with the famous Shandon Bells, is a stone's throw away.
Dublin, Ireland
With Dublin Bay to the east and the Dublin Mountains to the south, the capital of Ireland has clearly left quite an impression on the lands surrounding it. Whether you're walking the medieval streets around Dublin Castle or enjoying a pint at Keating's Pub, you're almost certain to be introduced to the famous charm and wit of the Irish.
Glasgow (Greenock), Scotland
The port city of Greenock may well have you wishing you'd brought along that extra roll of film. Your passage to Glasgow begins here, on the coast of picturesque central Scotland. Glasgow occupying both sides of the River Clyde, in the Central Lowlands, lies the cosmopolitan center of Scotland. Although recently reborn as a modern-style haven, Glasgow is well-known for its stunning Victorian architecture. If you're partial to the other end of the architectural spectrum, don't miss the Art Nouveau splendor of Charles Rennie Mackintosh. His unique style bedecks The Lighthouse, the Glasgow School of Art, and the House for an Art Lover.
Reykjavik, Iceland
Iceland's capital and largest city is located on the country's southwest coast at the head of Faxafloi Bay. Settled in 877 AD, Reykjavik has grown into an important seaport and center of government and education with theatres, museums and observatories. Interestingly, this modern city still chooses to use water from nearby hot springs to heat all of its buildings.
St.John's, Newfoundland
St. John's, one of the oldest cities in North America, is also its most easterly point, giving it a significant history among explorers, adventurers, merchants, soldiers, pirates, and all manner of seafarers. It is cradled in a harbor carved from granite, and its quaint and colorful streetscapes and significant historical sites will lead you to discover why St. John's calls itself 'The City of Legends'.
Saint John,Nb (Bay Of Fundy)
You'll find the spectacular reversing falls, which are a direct result of the most extreme tidal shifts on the planet, in the famous Bay of Fundy. This gem of Canada offers the visitor shopping, history and dining options galore. Even famous turncoat Benedict Arnold found this lovely hamlet hard to resist.
Cape Liberty, Bayonne, NJ
This is the first new cruise port in New Jersey in 40 years. It offers guests outstanding views of New York Harbor, the Verrazano Narrows Bridge, the Statue of Liberty and lower Manhattan.
