Arrive and transfer to your ship for embarkation. Later today, enjoy a tour of Nuremberg's city center. Begin at the Justice Building and continue to Nuremberg Castle, where you will have time to explore the site on your own. Afterwards, continue to view Lorenz Church and the German Museum, the market, and the Church of Our Lady. Tonight, enjoy a gala welcome dinner on board

Monday, March 23 - Bamberg and Bayreuth - Tour
Arrive this morning in Bamberg, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, situated at the entrance to the Main-Danube Canal. Enjoy a guided tour of this medieval town, including the 13th century Cathedral and Old Town Hall. Walk the city's winding streets and view its charming architecture and 18th century mansions. This afternoon, enjoy a tour of Bayreuth that includes the Villa Wahnfried, former home of the famous German composer Richard Wagner, and the 18th century Margrave's Opera House, regarded as one of the finest Baroque theatres in Europe. Optional excursions, as described in the itinerary, may be purchased locally. Alternatively, you may choose to pre-purchase all tours as a package.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $200 per person due at the time of reservation.
Instant Purchase Airfare or Packages: Full payment at time of reservation
2nd Deposit: Due Thursday, July 24, 2008. This deposit will equal 50% of the remaining balance.
Full Payment: Due Monday, November 17, 2008.

FORM OF PAYMENT:
Major credit cards. Credit card charges will be accepted by phone or online to fulfill non-refundable deposit requirement only. Final payment will be processed only upon submission of a completed GWA Credit Card Form. Third-party credit cards are not acceptable. All payments made within 30 days of departure must be in the form of a certificed check, money order, or credit card. Payments made by wire transfer must include an additional $25 wire transfer fee. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.

LATE PAYMENT:
If there is any outstanding balance by the Final Payment Due date listed on your invoice, all travel services will be subject to automatic cancellation. A service reinstatement fee of $50 will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance in order to apply for reconfirmation of services.

CHANGES:
Any change to an existing reservation requires full cancellation and rebooking and will be subject to full cancellation fees. The cost of any changes or additions after departure will be at the local rate at the time of the amendment and must be borne by the passenger.

CANCELLATION: Once a partial or full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received and based on the following dates prior to departure:
Up to 240 days prior to departure: $200.00 p.p.
239 to 91 days prior to departure: 50% of Cost.
90 days or less prior to departure: 100% of cost.
Instant Purchase Packages. From date of purchase: 100% of tour cost.

SPECIAL EVENT:
Cancellation penalties may differ for special events and tour packages and will be advised at time of booking on your invoice.
